1 lb raw shrimp peel, deveined and tail on
1/4 olive oil
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
A dash each of salt and pepper

In mixing bowl whisk together all your marinade Ingredients until combined.
Add your shrimp and cover and refrigerate up to 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, soak your skewers in water until shrimp is ready. Preheat your grill to medium and let heat up.
Remove shrimp and thread onto your skewers making sure to thread through the head and tail.
Before adding to the grill brush with a little more marinade.
Grill on each side for about 2 minutes or until pink and opaque.
Remove and serve.
